Ohio Wesleyan faculty – including Amy (and Piper) Butcher – share messages of inspiration and connection as remote learning begins. Professor Rich Edwards reminds us that Sir Isaac Newton changed the world while the University of Cambridge was shut down during the bubonic plague, developing what would become Newton’s Law of Universal Gravitation. “This is a unique opportunity to do something special, and new, and creative,” Edwards says. “Make the most of this opportunity. … Be more than you’ve ever been before.”
