Towering Travel-Learning Opportunities

Ohio Wesleyan students travel to France as part of an OWU Connection experience. Led by professor Mary Anne Lewis Cusato, the group undertakes “A Collective Study of French Imperialism: The Cultural Tools and Consequences of Colonialism as Seen in Paris and Southern France.” (Video by Mark Schmitter ’12)

‘Paradise Gone Nuclear’

Kayla Adolph ’20 visits Tahiti to explore the effects of nuclear testing in French Polynesia. Her Theory-to-Practice Grant-supported trip includes meeting with sociopolitical and environmental groups.
