Ohio Wesleyan taps 39 students for 2024 membership in Phi Eta Sigma, the nation’s oldest and largest honor society for first-year college students.
Dale Bruce Awards
Women’s basketball player Kasey Schipfer ’24, shown with Head Coach Stacey Ungashick Lobdell, earns the Presidential Award at the 2024 Dale J. Bruce Scholar-Athlete Awards.
LAX Attack
Wade Beckstrom ’27 and the OWU coaching staff earn special awards as part of the All-NCAC men’s lacrosse teams. Beckstrom is Newcomer of the Year and a first-team All-NCAC choice.
Shot Put Success
Mila Noel ’24 wins an NCAC title at the Outdoor Track & Field Championship meet with a shot put throw of 41 feet 6 inches. The OWU women place third in the competition.
Record Breaker
Trey Theobald ’25 wins All-NCAC honors and breaks his own record with a javelin throw of 199 feet 9 inches at the Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The OWU men place sixth.
